I can’t sit in between two people for an extended period without feeling trapped, but everyone gets anxious.
I get a homesick feeling in my stomach even when I’m at my house, but everyone gets anxious.
I hate being social and often find excuses to stay home, but everyone gets anxious.
I am obsessive over things and that sense of perfection affects me daily, but everyone gets anxious.
When I have to remember something important my mind goes blank, but everyone gets anxious.
Nothing feels real, but everyone gets anxious.
My hands and legs are constantly shaking, but everyone gets anxious.
I’m either shivering or overheating, but everyone gets anxious.
I can’t breathe well and my chest always feels tight, but everyone gets anxious.
I overthink everything and my mood changes constantly, but everyone gets anxious.
I’m never calm and always thinking days in advance, but everyone gets anxious.
I constantly have stomach aches, but everyone gets anxious.
I’m always defensive and get angry over the smallest things, but everyone gets anxious.
I have random waves of feeling lonely and like I have no one to talk to, but everyone gets anxious.
“They’re being too loud, I need to leave.” But like I said…
Everyone gets anxious, right?
