this one doesn’t need a catchy title

i have been through so much.

it’s true.

i would never want anyone to go through some of the things that i’ve had to.

however,

i wouldn’t trade my struggles for anything.

because of what i’ve had to endure,

i have helped,

and will continue to help,

so many others who struggle,

too.

after all,

who is more qualified to give advice about mental illnesses than someone who has dealt with so many of them?
